Lip Balm Tubes: All of our tubes are USA-made from post-industrial polypropylene. Post-industrial manufacturing reuses the scraps generated from the original manufacturing process. Any defects or runoff plastic is melted again and used in future manufacturing. This process drastically reduces the amount of waste throughout the manufacturing process. (Post-consumer plastics are not permitted in the manufacturing process for cosmetics). Our tubes are also 100% recyclable. We are constantly working with our manufactures to innovate our tubes and manufacturing process.

*LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) - the most widely used third-party verification for green buildings. It allows our manufacturing facility to use their resources more efficiently, decreasing the production of greenhouse gases.

Thank you for offering items like this! I ordered the gift pack for a friend in Canada as the website stated delivery to both U.S. and Canada. I waited two weeks without a response as to when the order would be uploaded with a tracking number, however, this did not happen. I did eventually receive a response showing the shipping status as in transit, this turned out to be somewhat misleading as the package did not leave GA for two weeks and took another week to reach Ft. Lauderdale where it would sit for another 10 days before being scheduled to leave for Canada. The package eventually reached it's destination after 30 days in transit. My friend loved the gift once she saw what it was and was excited to have received it. Again, I love the company, their items for sale, and the reason to support the 's. I would like to suggest that notices from the company would be better received if they were in fact sent proactively rather than when a customer has had to question what had in fact happened to their items. Thank you again for offering items like these!
